Yoga with Ron

Ron is an IYF (International Yoga Federation) Yogacharya living in Korea, Korea's national representative for the IYF and Yoga Alliance. Ron not only has more than 36 years of practice, study and teaching experience, but most importantly he truly embodies the whole science of Yoga by living and breathing it, by having integrated total Yoga into his life 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is the true meaning of "Yogacharya": "He who lives Yoga." As a result Ron is able to provide very practical teaching in Yoga, not only in Asana (Yoga exercise), but maybe more importantly in Yoga philosophy. On the surface this philosophy seems a gathering of fairy tales, written in symbolical language that is hard to understand for the modern rational human being. When the practical meaning behind the symbolism becomes clear, beyond dogma and mystery, Yoga becomes a refreshing science of life, that gives deep insight into your Self. Ron presents this in very practical and no-nonsense language.
